Choosing a powerful router with 5ghz wifi

Greetings!

For the last year I have been sitting on dlink DIR-855, it keeps a large number of connections well and provides 300 megabit wifi. But recently he began to blunt and reboot, nothing helps him.
But the question is different.

For me, it is important that the processor in the router is powerful, and there is also a full-fledged 300 megabit Wi-Fi N at 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz.

Do you have any ideas where to look? I didn’t find anything sensible myself, everything is weak or without 5ghz wifi :(

(a small digression, I bought myself a time capsule for 2tb, it has a router and a wifi access point, so with my loads it just stopped pinging and the Internet died on all computers. Even such a piece of iron can't cope :( )

Inet router gets by raising PPPOE, speed ~20/2 Mbps ADSL

Budget up to $700

Thank you!

For the home, this is of course a perversion, but since your main requirement is a high load, then why not: Cisco 891
1 gigabit port, 1 hundred-megabit + built-in hub for another 8 ports 802.11 a / g / n support is declared I
looked at the price on the Internet - like can be found for 22-25 thousand rubles. And if you take it with the NPE option (without encryption - you don’t need to build vpn’s), then it will be even cheaper + fewer problems with delivery.
If a gigabit port to the internal network is not critical, then you can take the 881W - it will be even cheaper.

Mikrotik Routerboard

+ access point with the required ranges.
Much cheaper than $700

At 5 GHz, only 802.11a standard worked in the rush.
Everything else was certified for 2.4
in general, in some access points in engineer mode, you could tweak a bunch of interesting parameters, such as power and in some places you could use 5 GHz.
And just open your dlink and stick additional radiators on everything that is heated.

My dlink now works without a case and lies in a ventilated place. The capacitors are already swollen there, but I don’t know how to repair it.
About 802.11a. This dlink, DIR-855, now works for me at 5 ghz in 802.11n ( gyazo.com/19b909f661f29a1e46f591bdebd433a4.png )
Out of the box it worked like that, did not configure anything.
Conducted some tests, 802.11n is 2.4 ghz slower by 2-3 megabytes per second. than 802.11n at 5 ghz.
Yes, and there is one tricky piece of iron that only works at 5 ghz. That's why I'm looking for a similar device.
Maybe it's better to take two separate devices, a good access point that meets all my requirements and a router that has a powerful percentage. and will raise PPPOE?

Another Asus RT-N76U fits. But Asus messed up something, until he switched to Tomato firmware + active cooling on his RT-N16, stably rebooted a couple of times a day.
