I need to put a payment form on the site so that after filling it out, the person goes to the payment operator or system, and at the same time that my account or card number is hidden for the buyer on my site. How can this be done? Or simply without a form, immediately link to the payment operator, but again, the point is to hide your card or account number from users. (For security reasons)

For security reasons, your details are not needed by the client from the word "no way".
1) You connect to a certain payment service, telling it the details for which the money will be received.
2) You direct the client to this payment service with the required input parameters.
3) The client transfers his money to the payment service.
4) The payment service transfers the money to you, taking its share.
On which of these steps do you want to put your card or account number?

2. If the buyer pays you directly (for example, through his client-bank), then not a single bank will allow someone else's code to interfere with their payment system.

the payment service care about your payment details? The user presses the "Pay" button and gets to the site of the payment service, where he enters his details - but you will not see them and pray not to see them :)
