How to hand over the site to the customer?

I learn and practice fontend: html, css, jquery. I type by hand. Let's say I took an order for a mega simple landing, discussed all the issues with the customer and made it up. What's the next step? What should I do with this set of html, css, js etc. files? Please be understanding and answer more or less informative.

- Before starting work, receive 50% payment
... complete the work
- Place the finished work on a test (your own!) server so that the customer feels everything himself
... modify it taking into account the customer's comments
- After receiving the remaining 50% payment, transfer all source codes in the form archive

I couldn’t find the original, but I’ll try in my own words:
Chel took up the job (layout of a website or business card), did it for a “cap of crackers” because he worked there.
The young fifa, she was the secretary, looked and said that she could do much better if she had such a picture ...
Ok, the man said, merged the layers and saved it as a JPG, which he actually sent to the girl.
Simply put, if we are expecting "kidok":
1. We do it under the git in a private turnip (this is to prove authorship, in case of deception). Well, in general, good practice.
2. For demonstration, we upload it to our server, but we will at least obfuscate the source codes, if there is at least a little front-end, you can insert watermarks or a time bomb along the way, for example for a week) because copy-paste is our friend and enemy!
3. After payment, either the archive with the source code, or we transfer the turnip to the customer (the 2nd is more correct, as for me, you can also agree on support and improvements if necessary easier). Here essno the code should already be clean and without "bookmarks".
Opponents of point 2 in terms of time bombs - go smoke bamboo! I have been for many years and had to deal with all sorts of shit!

I usually write a video clip using camtasia, bondicam or something else (whatever is at hand). I immediately imagine, show the features and post it on YouTube with the note "those who have the link can watch." I send the link to the client. It is very convenient and on the cart and on whatsapp you can send.
The customer sees that the work is done. Either pays and receives an archive, or says what to finish. I'm finishing up, writing an addition (new video clip).
I try to keep the video short. 3-10 minutes. I immediately think over how I will record it, although after a few times it is already easy to do and without any preparation.
Yes, it takes time. Because in the process of reviewing the recorded video, sometimes you yourself notice jambs. Well, in time, your work will increase by 1.5-2 hours, but this is a kind of security measure against a kidk.
