Has anyone withdrawn funds from upwork to the account of IP Bank Tochka?
Has anyone paid dollars from the Upwork freelance exchange to Tochka (tochka.com) accounts?
As I understand it, the currency account is free, and any payment of $30 + currency control is 0.15% of the transfer or receipt amount, but not less than 350.
Do I understand correctly that for each payment from the freelance exchange you need to pay $60 + 0.15%? (this is + 30 Wire Transfer).
In general, I am choosing a profitable bank for withdrawing funds, while I am thinking about Tochka and Alpha, so that there is integration with Elba.

when transferring from an upwork to a point (as with any other bank, you lose $ 30),
then in order to cash out you need to transfer to a card of another bank, if this is an opening group, then they take 0.15% of the amount but not less than 350 rubles. if you transfer to the bank not opening groups, then 0.15% + $30.
$ 30 is for a transfer through a third-party foreign bank, since any currency transactions go through an intermediary bank (Example: point -> American bank -> savings).
0.15% takes currency control - even if the payment is canceled, this percentage will not be returned to you
I started to open an account in Alfa, but we spent five days and there was no progress. On the same day I chose the Point. The point did everything in one day: they even came to my village to sign the papers. Internet banking is awesome. And instead of Elba, I chose MoeDelo, but this is a matter of taste.
