How to grant group access to redirected folders?

Good afternoon.
There is a file server - WinSrv 2012R2 and a terminal server WinSrv 2008R.
Through GPO for users of a terminal server the redirection of folders of users is configured.
Folders are redirected, users are working, but there is a need to view user profiles.
Profiles must be viewed by users in a specific security group.
In policy found only access for Administrators.
Tell me how to give permission to a group when creating a profile?
