How to import AD users to Owncloud?

I connected Owncloud to Ldap and everything seems to be fine, but users appear in the system only after their first login. Is there a way to download the entire database at once? Plus, track changes in AD, in terms of if a new user appears, then he immediately appears in Owncloud.

I connected OwnCloud to AD according to this instruction, it seems that all users appeared at once, but I also set up a security group in AD, only from which users were loaded into OwnCloud.
