How can I make openfire display last name first, then first name?

There is an openfire server based on a Debian 9.0 LXC container on the local network, configured to authenticate via Active Directory. In Spark and Pidgin clients (I haven't tried others), users are displayed in the "First Name Last Name" format, respectively, sorting is by first name. Is there a way to make it show the last name first?

And in AD names and surnames are accurately entered correctly, and display is correctly adjusted? OpenFire itself does not work with contacts in this case - it just takes what is in AD, so you need to dig there.
OpenFire is also installed, users are taken from AD, only the server is on Windows for now - it will be necessary to transfer it to Linux - displaying users in the form of Last Name First Name.
