How to grab an order from freelance?

Hello everyone, I'm sure that similar questions have already been asked, but, unfortunately, I did not find the answer to them that I need.
I am a beginner frontend developer.
I know how to type and I do it well.
But here's the problem, you can't grab the project for yourself on foreign Russian Freelance exchanges. They just don't take me.
Who is faced with such a way to get out of the willing to work?

About clothes
1) Make five orders for 5-10 dollars fixed price and get 5 ratings for five stars (this is a must).
2) Next, ask for orders of 10 bucks per hour, while being the first to work (this is also necessary for your application to be the first).
3) In six months you evolve up to 30 bucks per hour, in 4 years you evolve up to 80 bucks per hour.

I received my first order thanks to efficiency, I didn’t sleep the night, but I fulfilled the order.
I have been working as a freelancer for a little over 4 months, but I have already gained some experience:
1. Fill out a portfolio with a focus not on quantity but on quality.
2. Create as many TRs (Typical Services) as possible, this will greatly increase your chance of finding a customer.
3. After leaving the offer in the order, do not leave the site for at least 1 hour, because very often the customer chooses the one who will answer faster.

1. Show interest in the order. Tell us about yourself. Do not write template text.
2. Answer the questions in the order description.
3. Ask your questions to move the opponent on the other side into a dialogue.
4. Analyze the customer's problem, and offer a couple of options for solving it in the form of a couple of sentences. Give him a choice of options.
5. Never write the full cost of the project right away, always call the customer for a dialogue.
6. The devil is in the details.
7. Always write your contact information in the feedback on the order.

Go to the office. Almost no one needs freelancers juniors, even for free.

It is not always necessary to be only on the exchanges, look for orders on IT forums. Believe me, there are also a lot of orders there (just filter the customers).

One of my friends started with "I'll do it for free for a review!" Now he has a rate of 1000 per hour and the flow of orders is sufficient to work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I have too many orders coming in and I could use a layout designer.
Write where you are from and show your work.

There are two types of Clients, conditionally "pros" and ordinary people.
Pros are other freelancers, project managers and other people in the subject. They will bully you about technologies, frameworks and other crap that no one is interested in. Since there are many technologies, there is a great chance that you do not know some of this, and therefore will not fit.
Another group of Clients does not understand anything in layout, they need the final result. They have some problem with the existing site - it needs to be solved. Or they need a new site.
Look for these Clients and sell to them using conventional sales methods, without relying on technology.
Find a server developer in a couple, there will be more orders for two. And it is also difficult for these (server) guys - purely server developments are ordered by Clients of the first group mainly ...
