How to give an iOS developer access to publish apps?

iTunesConnect has the ability to invite a limited user, but in order to publish the application, the developer must have your certificate - and in order to build a build under it, you need full access to the account. Hence the question - is it possible for the account owner to transfer the certificate to the developer without distributing full access to the account, if so - how to do it?

У разработчика - свой сертификат. И он собирает билды "под ним". Вы же - просто приглашаете его к себе выставив права - Developer.
