Who faced the problem of position:fixed + non-standard scroll on ios?

Faced such a problem. There is a fullscreen page with a horizontal scroll. Used plugin trgraglia.github.io/jquery.horizonScroll.js/demo/i... The page has a fixed and non-scrolling footer and header. Everything works correctly on all devices, except for iPhones. There, these elements do not have the width of the browser window, but the entire page, and are accordingly stretched to the full width. Accordingly, the rightmost element is displayed only on the last screen.
I don’t see the point in giving the code, the same effect is present in the earlier example. Who faced, and how did you solve the problem?

fixed on ios is buggy, when scrolling, the elements scroll anyway, but not at the speed of scrolling the page, but 2 times slower.
