How to publish cordova app in appstore?

In order to build an application for IOS, I use the following service https://build.phonegap.com/ for building.
I added an entry for the application, created a Developer Key, Distribution Key and Distribution Provisioning Profile
The problem is that according to this instruction, in order to get the p12 key, I need another key (mykey.key) besides pem, but where to get it is not clear, in the previous step they get mykey.pem and I don’t have access to the poppy and its keychain, when generating the key, the password doesn’t ask me what password to specify in phonegap to unlock it is unclear
