Programming for iPhone not under OS X?

I wanted to try to write something for the iPhone. However, there is nothing apple in the house, and the hackintosh did not really get up (ASUS P5N7A-VM, GeForce 9300 / nForce 730i, Pentium 4 640). Are there any iPhone development tools and emulators out there that don't need OS X? As an option - cross-platform game engines for iPhone and Android?

I also googled several sites here:
www.macincloud.com - gives access to OS X for money, XCode and iOS SDK are already installed there
www.dragonfiresdk.com - SDK for iPhone / iPad development, for a fee
www.airplaysdk.com - SDK for development for a bunch of mobile platforms, there is a free version for iPhone
code.google.com/p/winchain/ - compiling applications under Windows

I struggled with non-Xcode and hackintosh for a long time. He spat and saved up for a cheap macbook. In a native environment, it turns out much more productively.

You can try writing for jailbroken iPhones. In my opinion it is possible on FreeBSD;
It is described in more detail in the book "Development of applications with open source"

Cross-platform game engine - Unity 3D . However, the license will be expensive.

Everything for iOS requires assembly on a poppy, because it uses “special” Xcode libraries available only on a poppy.
That is, you can write something for iOS, but compiling without a poppy will not work.
I found a way out through a virtual machine, such as VMware, everything works with a bang. It is assembled, uploaded to the iPhone (jailbrake) without a developer certificate, etc., etc.
An image of a special hackintosh for a virtual machine is not difficult to find ( Mac OS 10.6.6 Snow Leopard for developers / an image for VMware ) for comfortable work you need at least 2GB of RAM

On the Pentium 640, everything will be very slow.
