How to give access to a separate folder inside the balls, without giving access to the root directories?

There is a network sphere. There are several directories in it, in each of them, in turn, there are also folders.
How to give access to only the required folder, without opening access to all parent directories?
Tried to solve the issue using symbolic links.
Create another ball and with a link to the desired directory.
The link is created, but there is confusion with the rights. The target directory's permission settings are ignored. I tried to set the rights in the link itself, but other than to allow access to "Everyone", I could not do anything.

1. Parent directories must have view permissions to get into the nested directory
(I'm not sure, you need to check, but the folder traverse should be the same. Or vice versa, there should be a traverse, but the content should not)
2. you can swipe the nested directory , and go straight to it, past the parent directories

Disable inheritance from the parent in the folder security settings and configure the rights as you want.

In order not to be able to climb higher, just take away the rights to access there. The main thing is to have a direct link to the desired folder.
