How to give a program from MS Visual Studio a "trusted ticket" to the world of antiviruses?

Antivirus constantly arranges 15 seconds. checks with my WFA from MS VS 2013. When VS itself launches the application after compilation, the antivirus does not seem to notice it. But as soon as you launch the application directly from the folder, the antivirus immediately arranges a 15 second check. This gets in the way because it does this every time the app has been moved. Antivirus if that avast.
What can be done with the program so that the antivirus considers it safe without checks?
