How to get usg parameter for redirect via google and how to redirect via google to youtube?

I need a redirect to do through Google to any site.
Found on the forum that there is some kind of program that does this. But its operation algorithms are not disclosed.
If you just take this url and substitute a site for example vk.com

This will be a redirect notification.
I poked around and found that you can get usg just by sending a link to gmail

But sending yourself links to gmail every time and getting a redirect is not an option.
I read that you can somehow get the usg of the site itself and substituting it, you can do redirects.
There is one more problem. I redirect to YouTube like this and everything is fine

How to force them not to ignore?
