How to get to responsible persons in Rostelecom?

Welcome all.
For a long time we have been experiencing problems with the Internet.
Unfortunately, appeals to the TP do not help, tickets are simply closed without notice, paper letters to the local branch remain unanswered.
Has anyone gone through this quest before?

If a physical person, then nothing, they don't give a fuck. If a legal entity, then just go to another provider, they will contact you and ask the reason.

Write an official letter to the director of the local branch, in the letter describe the problem and the stages of contacting support with dates, numbers, etc.
If after a month there is no answer in any form, then go to another operator. This can be reported in a letter.

If a physicist - no way. The RTK is such a monopolist, it put practically on the opinion of everyone - if there is no one except him, it doesn’t matter where you are from the submarine ...
If you are a yurik, the magic phrase "termination of the contract" usually works well. How many problems I managed to solve with this phrase, when I was driving a branch network in a large region - you can't count :) Suddenly there was time, people, resources, opportunities - there was nothing! True, I have always considered RTK as the last resort, precisely because nothing can be done with it. He will simply put on everything - on logs, on statistics, on you ...

Of course, there are not enough details, but I will give one more piece of advice on how to attract the attention of the RTK, at least TP.
If geographic is possible, then you need to go to a neighbor with the same Internet and see how it works for him. If everything is the same, then collect all the neighbors and write to the TP, usually they quickly resolve such complaints.
If everything is fine with the neighbor, but you can drag your equipment to it and check its involvement in the problems, respectively, if the problem repeats, then change the equipment, if not, then write to the TP that the neighbor with my equipment is all right.
Yes, it is laborious, but in the case of mysticism and lack of understanding on the part of the provider, this will at least give peace of mind that the problem is not on your side and new forces to fight evil))
From personal experience, in reality, all cases of mysticism were solved by replacing equipment and the fault was always on the part of the client, but not always purely because of him. For example, when the cable was crimped a little differently, and the client's equipment cannot understand this. It was that the speed on the port had to be set manually. It was that to use MRRU on Mikrotik, etc. etc.
Well, if there are no neighbors, then they are either on another wire, or you live in a field ...
