Trying to download the Winwdows client for the DroidCam application, I encountered a blocking of the download link .
In the registers on this request is clean. And the file itself is harmless. What could be?

This is access blocked to the site, this server responds with a 403 error code (say, access is denied). Most likely, the file was simply deleted a long time ago.
