How to get to Drupal admin panel after domain redirect?

The mggei74.ru domain was redirected to http://chfilial.mggeu.ru, but now when you try to enter the admin panel after entering your login and password, the message "You do not have access to this page" appears. How to fix it?

most likely you have saved the session, or something ... first try /user/logout
then /user/login
chfilial.mggeu.ru/user/login - shows the authorization form.
