How to get the search phrase of a switched user using the Yandex Metrics API?

The task is this: you need to find a way to get the search phrase of a user who has switched from a search engine. Then you need to attach this phrase to the form that this user will send. The metric has access to this data. But how to use it to get the phrase of a specific visitor? I know that in the past this data could be easily retrieved using $_SERVER["HTTP_REFERER"]. Now in this way you can get the phrase only from contextual advertising
. Please help. Can you suggest a Metrica API script that retrieves the search phrase that the visitor clicked on?

specify the search engine - Yandex? Haven't they hidden the search queries yet, like Google?
