How to get the latest volume snapshot?

Hello.
With volume shadow copy enabled, I get snapshots, from the vssadmin list shadows command I get the addresses \\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy12
I want to get this line in the batch file, but the problem is that either I don’t know how to write batch files whether my batch file refuses to accept Russian letters that the command displays.
The batch file from the Internet that does this does it on English Windows, it does not work on Russian either.
Maybe there is another way to get this string without writing a program in C ++ (I also did this, but I would like to avoid non-standard crutches).
