Tablet Mig T8 ( https://m-infogroup.ru/oborudovanie/planshetnye-ko... ) does not enter the system. Hanging in the boot loop. Reboot doesn't help. Not a single custom recovery is installed ...
Is it possible to somehow make a complete reset?

To reset the settings, you do not need custom recovery, this function is in the regular recovery.
