I probably have the most "express" method, both in terms of the speed of learning (qualitative learning!) And in terms of effectiveness in work:
2 years ago, from SEO, I knew about as much as my cat knows now. The store (mine) naturally supported in SEO - another person. And on one ordinary day, I somehow noticed that there were fewer and fewer calls and in general somehow I didn’t feel comfortable living - I went to look at the attendance bar in the metric. It is perfect, even if you measure it with a protractor, it went down at an angle of 45 degrees (data for a month).
At first, there were answers to my questions: “this is seasonality”, “competitors have strongly thrown themselves into contextual advertising”, etc. Realizing that this was obvious nonsense, probably out of laziness, I waited another month ... the line of visitors did not even think about changing its previous direction, but the answers are still the same ...
Maybe I was a dunce in SEO, but the developer’s analytical thinking and a long list with passwords to metrics / analytics from my clients’ sites, which I did, bless you, allowed me to analyze the general situation overnight: everything is super! Some are horizontal, some are up! And only with me like this \
After spending another 3-4 nights and having a stint with the SEOs of the same old clients, I managed to get a couple of grains of useful information - where to start and what to check. It’s normal enough for a dunce to enter the topic from where, and where the legs grow here, I still found out the reason for such a hard subsidence! I got sick ... But time goes by ... W / R employees also need to be paid somehow ...
And after 2 months, after re-reading tons of all kinds of information, simultaneously introducing and correcting errors, and in the meantime, the unfortunate SEO specialist, meanwhile, smoothly removed all the links purchased all the time (only natural ones remained) - the bar began to confidently rise up to the level of "best times" !!))
And since then, I have been constantly replenishing my knowledge in this topic, following all the trends, and who the hell will I trust this business!
So "fried rooster with a big beak" is the fastest way to figure it all out :)
