How to get SMART data from SAS RAID on WinServer Core?

We implement zabbix. I ran into a problem: I can not get data via SMART on IBM x3650 servers with adaptec ibm serveraid 8k SAS controllers. They have Hyper-V 2012 R2 Core installed. Tried the utilities arcconf, smartmontools for windows.
smartctl.exe --scan shows the /dev/sda device and that's it. When trying to get RAID status, it says: "Read Device Identity failed: Function not implemented. A mandatory SMART command failed: exiting. To continue, add one or more '-T permissive' options."
The arcconf utility shows in the logs: SMART no.
There are also SAS MegaRaid and SATA MegaRaid. The situation is similar with them.

Look for a proprietary utility, or it's just not possible.

How to get SMART data from SAS RAID ... more SAS MegaRaid and SATA MegaRaid

To be precise, SAS and SCSI hard drives do not have "traditional" SMART attributes. However, we have written a program that emulates SMART based on the self-diagnostic data they provide : https://rlab.ru/tools/rtester.html
" various controllers and bridges. This feature is constantly evolving, the list of supported devices is expanding.
We do this incl. and based on feedback from users when it is possible to collect the necessary technical information.
