Installing vmware esxi, redhat 7, raid. How to get started?

Hello,
I have in front of me on the table:
1) redhat 7 CD
2) flash drive image of vmware vmvisor installer 5.5.0
3) dell r720 7 pcs of disks with a volume of 600 GB each

I was told that vmware does not see the raid.
I have a question, how to install the system and ride?

In what order?
I see it this way:
I raise a ride through my mother, I have 7 disks of 600GB each, I give one disk under the vmware.
Then I put vmware and after that I put the system.

Am I doing the right thing?

vmware does not need to allocate a 600GB disk, vmware works from a flash drive.
since there are firewood on offsite. I think there should be no problems
