Is it possible to physically move disks that are in RAID?

I inherited a server with Apaptec 6805, which was connected very crookedly during assembly - the disk numbers in the basket do not match the numbers in the controller interface. Accordingly, it is necessary to change the connection ports for almost all disks.
Can I just turn off the server and reconnect the drives one at a time to the correct connectors? Will this cause problems? Do I need to take any preliminary steps?

Generally it is possible.
Only the wires to the basket will also need to be rearranged.

Just in case, I'll answer myself in more detail :)
Most likely, you can move disks in any sequence or even a whole raid. In my case, raid1 "moved" and the controller took it more than calmly.
