How to get rid of the stepped gradient on the monitor?

I bought an Asus X751MA (TY051H) laptop, but during use I noticed that it displays the gradient very poorly: (it looks “stepped”), and in general, if you look closely, barely noticeable horizontal stripes are visible on the monitor. I tried to disable both the video cards (built-in and external), and reinstall the drivers for the video - it does not help. Tell me what could be the problem?

It is advisable to post a photo of the display with a gradient and a source image that can be tested on different monitors and different devices in general. Maybe this is a "feature" of the video card or uneven screen illumination, coupled with crooked image output.
