How to get rid of the fax?

Please let me know if anyone has a proven solution.
Available: iMAC, Panasonic KX-FL423
Need: get rid of Panasonic and somehow set up automatic fax reception on iMAC and ensure sending in manual mode ( where they say "hello, I'm starting" )
There are no problems with receiving fax messages, for example - USB-Fax Modem with MAC OSX support is not difficult to find, what to do with sending?

Scanners are too Windowsy, it's not the MAC way. I can offer to take photos of outgoing documents on the iPhone and, after syncing the photos via iCloud with my iMAC, send them using the iFax application.
