Can't connect amocrm.php to Asterisk server?

I'm trying to integrate amocrm.php file with Asterisk server. Here are the instructions, I did everything according to it. voxlink.ru/kb/asterisk-configuration/amocrm-asterisk
I get this error when calling amocrm.php

The manager.conf file setup is shown below:

Help please adjust, already tried everything!

Correctly does not let. You have allowed to connect only from the address 192.168.0.1, and you are connecting from localhost (127.0.0.1).
