Subscribed via InoReader to RSS hubs "User interfaces" and "Usability". Many articles are published simultaneously in these two hubs, which is why I get duplicates in the rss feed. How can this duplication be avoided or the duplicates cleaned up? Is it possible to get one rss feed from a list of hubs and tags?

You need to register on the hub. Then, in the "Publications" section, select the "By subscription" tab, select "Publications by subscription" in the submenu and create a subscription to interesting topics. Further, the resulting subscription can be used as the only one, there will be no duplicates in it and there will be only what you need.
