Setting up Yahoo pipe from habrafeeds?

For some time now , the pipe that reads habrahabr's rss has stopped working - the server responds with 403 to the request habrahabr.ru/rss/hubs/ . At the same time, a Google reader from the same address quietly picks up the feed.
No matter how much I tried to fix it, it didn't work. Has anyone encountered such a problem? How to solve without third party servers? :)
