I have a website, 3 years on VDS at DigitalOcean. And then it stopped opening. And as a result, I found out that he was blocked by RNA. Reason for blocking: Prosecutor General's Office 27-31-2018 / ID2971-18 04/16/2018. Apparently this is a telegram case.
And how do you unlock it now? Where to write? Hire lawyers?

If you are able to hire better than Durov - hire :)
Change IP if you need to quickly and block the cart, but you need IPs that are not banned. Write an appeal to the RKN and wait - if, for example, there is no money for another IP or it is dear to you :) Unblocking is not really guaranteed - it may be unblocked, or maybe not.
