A relative asked me to make a website for his small company, he himself does not understand computer matters at all, so I solve all issues from and to.

Here I register on some hosting and they ask me - an individual or a legal entity.
Accordingly, they will also ask about the domain.
Whether such trifles as registration of a hosting and the domain of the company on physical person are controlled by the law? In the sense that if I register them for myself (to avoid paperwork and lower prices), will there be any claims against me, they say, according to such and such a law, it was necessary to register it as a legal entity? Are fines, refusal to provide hosting, refusal to register a domain name possible?
This moment is not fundamental for a relative, the question is precisely the legality of this action.
