How to get offline bitcoin transaction history?

Yesterday I found out that it turns out that the full bitcoin node (bitcoind) cannot provide information about the balances of non-own addresses with its own funds. Having poked around in the internet, I found out that the chainstate folder contains information about all unspent balances, but to see this information in a human-readable format, you need to work hard. Solutions (scripts) that I found do not work at the moment. Who faced the task of checking addresses in offline mode, tell me how you implemented this?
