There is a site on server A that can accept BTC payments. For this, a BTC node is installed and running on server B. All BTC funds go after payment to the wallet where this node is located.

The question is, is it possible to implement somehow so that all btc funds go to a cold wallet, that is, without transiting the wallet, which is on server B?

You can write a script that will contact the node - request all unspent outputs (incoming funds) and transfer them to a cold wallet
