How to get gmail elementary "Dear %FirstName%," by default?

Google is ahead of the competition in many ways, but there are some incredible failures here and there. For example, it is not clear how to make it so that when replying to an email, the default text is immediately received:

Dear %FirstName%

Regards,
%SenderFirstName%

Outlook has been able to do this for twenty years. Does anyone know how to do this on gmail?

1) I'm not sure, but maybe there is something similar in the "Laboratory" section. Although I can't find it.
If it's critical, then you can write the script yourself, and use it, for example, through GreaseMonkey
2) Settings => Signature ... Enter
everything you want there.
