How to get data to configure the router?

There is a Sagemcom [email protected] 3804, v.2 router and a WestCall provider. To configure the router, a PPP username, a PPP password, and a PPPoE Service Name are required. It is written that the provider should give this data. However, in those pieces of paper that they gave me, there is no such data, and the operator misunderstood me and simply measured the MAC address in my personal account (which I had done myself before). I did not find this information in my personal account either. Where can I get this data?

You do not need PPP, most likely it is enough to set dynamic ip in the wan-interface setting

Try to get the settings via DHCP first (WAN interface address - get it automatically).
