How to get D drive back after installing windows 8.1?

Disk D (size 88.73 GB) disappeared after installing Windows 8.1. It was not formatted, it was definitely in the previous Windows 7. SSD drive.
Here is what Administration / Computer Management shows:

And most importantly, the menu items are not active

By means of Windows 8.1 on this computer and with the preservation of information - in my opinion, no way.
I would connect this SSD to another computer and dump the information from the invisible D somewhere. Then I would return the SSD to your computer, delete this partition, create it in a new way and return the information.

IMHO the best option is to use disk2vhd to take an image of that ill-fated partition and try to open it in Windows itself.
But I look at the screenshots and then the question arises whether that section is encrypted.
Does LiveCD see his norms? and folders on it?
