How to get administrator rights in Windows 10?

I bought a new computer with Windows 10. When setting up my user, I changed the group from Administrators to Device Owners, thinking that it was higher (well, logically, it should be), but it turned out not to be so. Now I can’t do a single action by the type of installing programs, the registry editor, and others. rights are missing. All instructions for changing the group to admins require admin rights, which I don't have. As a result, I can’t do anything with the computer at all. What to do?

Run the snap-in as an administrator. Right button. Naturally, you need to know the password that was specified during the installation of Windows.
