Is it possible to display a Unique Identifier (GUID) instead of a regular link using a simple query console in 1C? What should the request body look like? For example, to get the UniqueID of an item.

I can advise you to use Tormozit Developer Tools.
After executing the request, click on the button (see screenshot) and the GUID will be displayed.

PS If your main mode of operation is "Managed application", just run it from under the usual one.
