Is the RAID array overloaded when working with a database?

Morning. On a working computer there is Linux of an unknown distribution kit, raid 1 with a database for a 1s program has been washed into it. The computer is connected to the server, which is connected to three terminals with 1c cook, which have a biometric scanner. Going into the standard utility, I saw that the raid is overloaded and there is no access to the database from the terminals, and the machine refuses to work properly. So, the questions are: 1. Will restarting the server help? 2. What can be done in this situation? Z.Y. I tried to reboot the system and terminals, after passing through the security window (yes, there is something like a secret net with a magnetic print scanner on top of the OS), again the same song. Please help

Look at which specific process takes the most disk access time.
Most likely you did not set up this system, you should contact the wizard who set it up.

if the machine refuses to work, it is necessary to transfer the database to a working machine, and deal with the poorly working one. or, at least, make a backup of the database, from which you can quickly recover to another machine. if you start picking a faulty machine with a raid in an attempt to fix a profit and as a result bring it to a state of instability, you still have to do the same, only in a hurry.
and so - look at how raid is implemented, if it has errors, try adding a separate disk to the machine and see if the database will work on it, figure out the reasons why "and the machine refuses to work properly." for a spherical faulty machine in a vacuum, it is difficult to offer something more specific.

It will help to study the cause of such a load. Perhaps you really do not have enough disk performance anymore and need to upgrade / replace disks.

What I see in the question.
Available are : 1) "work computer with unknown Linux, raid, standard diagnostic utility for raid and DBMS for 1C", 2) a server that is connected to the work computer; 3) three terminals with the installed 1C: Cook program and a biometric scanner.
Problem : the raid is overloaded and the 1C database cannot reach the DBMS.
Problem search option : overload the server and terminals.
Do you even understand that you can overload the server indefinitely, but this will absolutely not affect your computer with a DBMS? Further, it is very wild to hear that you can run some standard programs, but you cannot determine the version of the distribution.
My advice - stop shamanism and call the system administrator.
