How to implement remote access to 1s?

Established 1c enterprise management trading red 1.2, version 8.3
requires remote access, to "surveill" the process via the Internet
either to the database or to 1c itself
Preferably without investments
There is hosting, dns-325 share center and 0 work experience with 1s
And implement it so that either 2 users sit at the same time (1 with read rights), or a warning that there is already a session
HELP!!!

@Dementor

You need to know that there are two types of 1C databases - file and server. In the first case, write a script that, using a system utility, will analyze access to the database file (as an option, start the connection process by reading the table of active connections). In the second case, use the RAS/RAC utilities to access information through the cluster. Add the resulting scripts to your monitoring system (zabbix, munin or whatever you have) and enjoy the control :)
