How to get a reward on behance?

Good work gets awards such as: behance.net, Interaction, Motion, Illustration, Graphic design, etc. But often I see awards like: AIGA Member Gallery, Student Show, SVA Portfolios, MICA Portfolios, Wacom Gallery, Pratt Portfolios and etc. (grey). What are these rewards and how do I get them?
