Who has obtained a Qt developer certificate abroad (Germany in particular) by registering through pearsonvue.com?
How is it issued? Are they sent by mail? How fast does it arrive? (Interested, when indicating the German address of residence)

But, when choosing a certification authority, if you specify a country / city other than that specified in Primary Contact, they ask for the full address and the cost does not change.
