What JAVA certification is relevant?

Good afternoon.
What is the state of affairs in JAVA certification (from Oracle) today.
What certificates are quoted in the international arena.
All the posts that I saw on Habré are already 2-3 years old, and their relevance is not very clear.
I would appreciate any information or links to it. :3

If in the Russian Federation, then all chhat, otherwise Oracle.

If in the Russian Federation, then none.
If in the EU, for example, in Germany, then also none. BUT!
If you get a job in Germany from the Russian Federation out of two with the same experience, invite the first one with a certificate, and if everything is ok, then the second one is less likely to be interviewed.
OCA and OCP respectively mean. The rest make little sense.
