Do I need to add INTUIT certificates to my resume for hh?

Hello.
Today I came across free C# tests with certificates from INTUIT (C#: basics, C#: OOP and classes) and for some reason passed them. Do I need to add them to my resume for hh (student, looking for a junior developer/junior qa job, I only have 98-366 Networking Fundamentals from Microsoft)? I'm afraid that I will be considered strange / defective because of these frivolous yellow pictures.

When you are at the very beginning of your career, then any confirmation of your knowledge will be appropriate. Over time, you will remove the excess from the resume.

if there are several things more significant, then it is not necessary, if not, then write.

If there is nothing more to add, if you are a student without a completed higher education, then adding any practices and skills, knowledge and skills is a plus!
If there are more serious certificates, diplomas, awards and regalia, then add it or not at your choice, depending, probably, on which customers you are counting on.

At the beginning of a career, after graduation, yes.
When the career is already stable, there is work experience, then it is better to write the results of past work. Otherwise, many certificates look like "I have nothing else to do at the workplace, so I spend this time on INTUIT."
This does not apply to serious certificates, such as CISCO, Oracle, and so on...
