How to get a bachelor's degree by studying remotely?

I would like to get an education in a foreign university ( only universities in the USA, Great Britain and China are considered) remotely. Do they have an analogue of distance learning, when they have to come to the university only for admission and passing tests / exams?
At the entrance we have:
• Russian diploma of complete secondary education (11 grades) - almost excellent, 2006
• Diploma of higher education from a Russian state university (psychological and pedagogical, hardly needed, indicated just for completeness) - average score 3 ,5, 2012
• A level of English proficiency that allows you to confidently pass TOEFL / IELTS (I currently do not pass, because I heard that in order to enter some universities it is necessary that the center that takes the exam send your results directly to the university).
• Willingness to pay for my education, although, if possible, I can take part in some program.
At the exit we want to:
• Enter a Western (Asian) university, study remotely (preferably) / in absentia
• At the exit, get a diploma from a decent university awarding a bachelor's degree in financial direction, which then allow you to study further and get an MBA somewhere here

Hmm, a very interesting way, but will it be so easy to implement in practice, as described here? It’s just that for now, I see only the purchase of a finished document as the really best option here diplomik.net.ua
