Are there interactive tutorial scripts/Linux distributions?
There is a wonderful vim editor, and an excellent built-in interactive tutorial - vimtutor.
Are there similar scripts for running Linux commands? Interested in both basic commands and complex tasks on grep, you need to somehow diversify the learning process. Yes, and most interesting)

Dude, install the gent :) When it works for you - this will be an exercise!
why?
basic commands are ALL Linux functionality.
tasks on grep are tasks not on grep, but mostly tasks on regular expressions, which are not only in grep
In general, there is no point in doing this, because basic things are learned in a couple of evenings, and complex ones - you need to write a tutorial for years.
Install Linux on your computer/VM and learn as much as you like.
Archlinux was good for me at one time, installing it is a great exercise :)
Another thing that comes to mind is linux from scratch, but I didn’t touch it with my hands, I just read it.
