How to further develop a startup about the qualities of people?
Actually about the site (I don't specifically describe it here) - skillambry.com/o-servise
The essence of the problem is that there are a couple of hundred registered and the growth continues, but their activity is almost zero. Priority content capital has been previously created. Users are not bots, it was checked both through letters to the mail and through the "punching" of mailers through the databases.
There is a well-known problem of difficulty in conveying the main essence. The main and separate detailed instructions were redone a couple of times. I didn't want to make a separate video.
Question:
1. What is the best way to remake the main and general presentation of the project in order to convey the idea?
2. What is better to do with the project itself:
a) add tests
b) add messaging functionality and the like between users
c) simplify the functionality somehow
d) convert it into an educational one (tests are only for qualities, but + content and functionality)
e) other options
There are two sides to the educational one. On the one hand, this is a narrowing of the idea and commercialization is doubtful even in the distant future, on the other hand, now there are a number of dubious elements in the idea (anonymity / publicity ratio, although both options are still available, but a lot is tied to sharing, rather it is problematic).

Design needs to be done. I saw - and did not even want to register
This is going to sound interesting - I like your idea, but I didn't register. I went to the site and was blown away by a flood of detailed but somewhat incoherent explanations. In general, I understand what the service is about. But if you deliberately switch to "lazy" surfer mode, it becomes obvious that you overcomplicated the description. Take an example from the descriptions of books on the website of the M-I-F publishing house or successful Western startups. Do not communicate with the user informally through the description (only in person to interview). Sell wow effect, tell him what he really gets. Start with this.
I can't rate the design (via mobile), but that's not the most important thing in your case - you're aiming for a thinking audience. No, design is important, but as an item in the middle of a list.
Attracting an audience from social networks and newspapers > survey of active people personally (what to fix, what is missing).
Get rid of the idea that you can not monetize. A business model can always be found, the main desire.
I wish you understanding of the audience, good luck and money + growth in the new 2014 as a gift from Santa Claus;)
The idea is good, I registered, but it didn’t go any further. It is not immediately clear where to write, what to write. The advice for ladies is this - there are icons on the main page, make them links to pages with filtered posts in the same categories (category menu). And already on the category pages, there are buttons to vote and add your post in this category or another. That is, to stimulate - "I see others vote and write, why am I worse."
Take a look at otvet.mail.ru , maybe it will give you ideas...
