How to forward the camera and microphone?

We have the following situation in our company. User computers work via RDP, when the computer is turned on, a remote desktop window appears prompting you to enter a username and password. The user, respectively, enters a username and password. Further work takes place on the server. That is, our computers are thin clients. The question is that we need to use the camera and microphones in such a remote mode, via RDP.

We have already tried to forward the camera and microphones, somewhere it turned out to forward only the camera (without a microphone), somewhere else nothing. On one computer, I managed to completely forward the camera and microphone using the instructions (I can send it) Accordingly, at the moment we need to complete this task. So that everyone on the remote desktop has both cameras and microphones.

Information on computers: 1. Stationary computer. You need to install the Xiaomi Xiaovv Via XVV-6320S-USB camera on it. It turned out to forward the video itself, but the microphone did not. Need to finish this. 2. Two laptops. On one, the microphone is not forwarded, the camera is ok. On the second - neither the microphone nor the camera is forwarded. There is also a third laptop on which everything works.

And what could be the problem here? Why aren't cameras/microphones thrown everywhere?
