Program to record from external sound on Android?

I'm looking for a program to record from an external sound card. I connect via OTG. On the phone, the sound goes right away, and is defined by the system as audio-usb (Meizu phone), but on the tablet (Nexus 7) without a special program, no sound is output. But I need to record, because there and there the sound is not recorded. Found a program for 300r. but I need it for a couple of times, I don’t see the point in buying, maybe there is an analogue?
